BBC World News feature on Slow TV

Another BBC news package from Christmas 2013 really pushed out UK awareness of Norwegian Slow TV. It was around this period that it caught my eye, too, in my musing that "there must be an alternative way of doing television". In this piece Jenny Hill reports from Norway, including short pieces with Fredrik Færden head of NRK2 (interviewed for my own documentary about Slow TV) and one of the knitters, Hege-Therese Nilsen from the knitting Nasjonal Strikkekveld Slow TV event.
